With a background in journalism and a deep commitment to inclusivity, Deana draws from diverse therapeutic modalities including DBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and CBT. She is passionate about helping clients who feel stuck in patterns of perfectionism, anxiety, or burnout—especially those navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, or the complexities of loving someone struggling with addiction.
Deana holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver, and currently works with teens and adults in individual therapy.
