Gauri Arora

Psychotherapist

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University, and am currently pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regis University. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults in individual and group settings. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and traumatic experiences.

Grounded in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, I strive to create a compassionate and authentic space where you feel deeply heard and valued. I center empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard in my work, believing that healing unfolds when we honor the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I often integrate mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help build skills together and create a toolbox for navigating emotions, nurturing relationships, and coping with life’s challenges.

As someone who finds peace and connection in the beautiful Colorado outdoors, I believe in the restorative power of presence, both in nature and within ourselves. My goal is to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, collaborate on your goals, and nurture your innate capacity for growth and healing.

“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”  -Carl Jung
