Phoebe Powell
Psychotherapist
Phoebe is a graduate student specializing in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Therapy at Naropa University. Her passion lies in nurturing the healing relationship between the body and mind through mindfulness, breath, and movement. Phoebe’s approach to working with clients is rooted in an integrated whole-person, client-centered, and Gestalt framework.

Phoebe is a certified Qigong instructor and has a life-long connection with the natural world, and she is a firm believer in the body’s innate wisdom as a key to self-discovery and healing. With the belief that the relationship between the therapist and client is integral to self-exploration and healing, her practice is marked by empathy, creativity, warmth, and the ability to gently challenge clients.
Phoebe also explores incorporating playfulness, pleasure, and curiosity into the healing process. Whether in person, virtually, or in nature, Phoebe excels at fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where clients can safely express their emotions and cultivate a meaningful therapeutic connection.
