I first started seeing Brooke when I was in an incredibly dark place, and she has helped me navigate the many other dark spots that followed. She is truly a wonderful, empathetic, funny, and thoughtful person. I always leave our sessions feeling more focused, with something concrete to do to push myself to be better, and no longer feeling like I am at my wits end.
